Tantra är så mycket mer än en myt om sexualitet. I denna workshop gör vi en resa genom chakrasystemet med hjälp av andetaget – ett möte med kropp, själ och energi. Tantra och breathwork öppnar oss, stärker livskraften, förändrar blue print, ger sunda gränser, djup närvaro, transformation och förmågan att njuta av livet.
